Jacuzzi Maintenance Guide
Step-by-step technical guide for water balance, filter cleaning, disinfection, surface care and seasonal checks for long-lasting use.
Weekly maintenance routine
- Keep pH between 7.2 and 7.6.
- Check chlorine/bromine or ozone disinfection levels.
- Remove oil/limescale buildup with a soft cloth and suitable cleaner.
- Monitor filter pressure and water clarity.
Monthly maintenance
| Part | Action | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Cartridge filter | Rinse or replace | Every 2–4 weeks |
| Jet nozzles | Clean limescale/soap buildup | Monthly |
| Cover | Clean and check UV exposure | Monthly |
| SO acrylic surface | Non-abrasive cleaning | After each use |
| Water change | Based on usage | Every 1–3 months |
Seasonal (summer/winter) checks
For outdoor jacuzzis, plan drainage, freeze risk and cover use before winter. In summer, filter load may increase due to leaves and dust; a jet, pump and heater performance test at season start is recommended.
- Check pump noise and vibration.
- Test heater activation.
- Inspect electrical connections for moisture/oxidation.
- Stock spare parts (filters, seals).
